Hope For Charlotte runs two different programs that allow people an opportunity to explore what gifts God has given them in the vocational field and help them to set a path to achieve their career goals.
Jobs For Life: Jobs For Life is a program that helps individuals that are unemployed or under employed understand their God given gifts and create a road map for their vocational future. We realize that we all need a helping hand and some encouragement in our lives as week seek to provide for ourselves and our families. Jobs For Life uses mentors, folks who can walk alongside participants, to encourage and help navigate the journey of finding sufficient employment.
The Internship Program: The internship program targets young adults 16-22 years old that are trying to find their direction in life. The Internship Program is a jobs training, discipleship, and life vision program all rolled into one. Individuals get to learn the value of hard work, dream about what they’d like to do with their lives and plan how to get there. The program is run for eight weeks each summer.
